One man is dead and another was jailed after an early-morning two-vehicle crash yesterday. The accident was reported around 2:55 a.m. on the bridge on Ind. 332. Police say a pickup truck was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes when it struck an oncoming car head-on. Dead at the scene was 40-year-old Clinton Roberts of Alexandria, the lone occupant and driver of the car. The driver of the truck, 33-year-old Derrick W. Harris of Elwood, tested at more than twice the legal intoxication limit and was arrested upon his release from the hospital.
