Water Leak Proves Costly For Muncie Board of Works

A water line break back in January has proven costly for the Muncie Animal Shelter and the Muncie Board Of Works. The leak closed the shelter for a short time and repairs to the damage of the walls and ceiling are near completion. The cost for the cleanup has topped 28-thousand dollars.
