Chrysler To Invest 374M In Kokomo Area

It’s official. The announcement made yesterday. Chrysler is pumping 374-million dollars into its Kokomo plant, and to open a new plant in Tipton. The move adds 1,250 new jobs. The expansion will make Indiana the largest transmission manufacturer in the world.

INDOT Mandate To Help Accomodate Holiday Traffic
24.05.13Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
