Proposing A New Middle School For Winchester

A meeting next week will give the Randolph Central School Corporation school board and the public the first look at a plan designed to give the district a new middle school.The special session is set for 7 p.m. March 5 at Winchester Community High School. After the presentation, there will be an opportunity for the public to weigh in. Depending on the outcome, the board can decide how it wants to move forward.

Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs.
