Arrested For Murder While Behind Bars

An inmate is charged with murder while behind bars. Indiana Department of Corrections inmate 21-year-old Taylor J. Baughn has been arrested at the Pendleton Correctional Facility and charged in the February 14th death of a fellow inmate while housed at the New Castle Correctional Facility. Baughn was scheduled to be released in August.

Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs. Cross says she always feels personally blessed to be able to help those who are in trouble.
