Owner Mel Botkin says his business, Botkin Trophies, will continue to operate in other facilities at the site. Authorities estimated damage to the building at nearly $135,000 in damages. Botkin says the blaze consumed virtually everything in that building — with the exception of a pair of trophy orders that somehow were left undamaged.
Last week’s blaze was battled by Liberty Township, Albany and Parker City firefighters.
