Elwood Mayor Merrill Taylor and Marsh Supermarket administrators cermoniously cut a ribbon for the town’s newly renovated store yesterday. Frank Lazaran, chairman, CEO and president of Marsh Supermarkets, said the renovation was a sign that Marsh was “rededicating” itself to Elwood.
